We are specialists in the fire safety requirements of varying types of multi-occupancy buildings.

As the first Block Management company to be accepted into the membership scheme of Fire Aware, and with a director who independently holds a Level 3 FPA Qualification in Fire Door Inspection, we take our responsibilities to our Block Management portfolio very seriously.

We have put together a trusted team of third party contractors who have all been assessed against a competency and skills matrix to ensure all fire safety related work is carried out by technicians with the correct SKEB (skills, knowledge, experience & behaviours) and appropriate insurance and accreditations. These include fire risk assessors, fire door inspectors, fire stopping experts, fire alarm engineers and fire safety trained carpenters amongst others.

All new buildings welcomed into our portfolio are fully audited and if necessary, support is provided to bring them up to compliance under the relevant legislation. This protects both the residents but also the “Responsible Person” – often the directors of the Residents Managment Company.
