SWR have managed my property for the last 6 years and I have been extremely happy with how that was done but when my first tenant left and the property needed attention, I was shown a whole new set of skills. A team of contractors worked their magic on the property and in two weeks a new tenant was found. I really appreciate the advice and guidance I have so far been given. In stark contrast to the large corporate Letting agent SWR Relocations are detailed, interested and work hard to fulfil criteria and solve issues such as difficult maintenance issues or the concerns of a tenant, or potential difficulties that may arise with future legislation etc.
They were recommended to me by a friend and I would certainly do the same.

First made contact with SWR over five years ago looking for help and management services for a small unit of flats. We first had to secure the Freehold, make the property compliant and sort out Banking.
Every piece of advice and service was produced with greatest professionalism.
